Hi Darric, I'm kinda confused when you mentioned the first come first served basis. Do you mean that if my previous lot number is 1 (the one where we first got from the sales office) and say I only go to change my car sticker tomorrow, I no longer will get back my old lot coz it's being given to someone else? Sorry, but just wanna clarify. Understandable that now a days people, specially families have more than 1 car, but they should also be understanding that it doesn't mean they can park at someone else's lot.

sorry about the confusion. don't worry, renee, you'll get your lot back. :) that "first come first served" situation would have arisen IF no car park bay no. is printed on the stickers... when people who have access decide to park at a more convenient spot instead of their alloted spot.

now, if only we could get them to provide covered lots for all and get that water pump in block c to shut up! but for now, that's mere wishful thinking :(

I doubt they will provide covered lots for all since getting them to fix something is already a "mammoth" task for them. But no harm asking then again... I do pity the Block C residents specially those staying on the high level. It can really drive people crazy. I really hope they will fix the problems fast. So many problems considering JDA is still a "new" place. If this was 3 or 4 years old, then maybe it's understandable, but for a new place to have these problems.... Sigh... :( Sometimes I think it takes harsh actions like issuing lawyer's letter or complaint to the housing board then only they will get the job done. If not, the tidak-apa attitude only...

well, renee... we HAVE informed the Housing Ministry. the million dollar question is, are they gonna do anything about it?

Hi all, I'm so outdated, but I need to ask... how about those with a second car? Can we buy an additional car sticker and be alloted another bay? U'see, my parents love to drop by my place for a visit & I don't want them to park outside the gates. Anyway, they always park at the visitors area. But, last weekend, my mom (a 60 year old woman) was harrassed by a RUDE, OBNOXIOUS & OVERBEARING guard. All this because my mom refused to give her license, although she filled in all the forms & parked accordingly... As far as I know, we can decline giving our legal docs to them, be it IC or driver's license... :x Far from objecting them to do their job, I really think they should know who to harrass and when to be flexible. Think about it, what can a 60 year old woman do, anyway? By the way, does anyone know who has replaced Dyan? Apparantly he has resigned....

Please dun pass the important things like IC to the guard becoz they just simply throw it into drawer n not bother at all. I met one of the friend stayed at Blk D, he told me tat his frends has lost the IC when he visited him and pass to guard. Finally, he lodged a report to police.

30th September is fast approaching. Remember to change your car stickers. :) sorry people... if u do continue to park your cars indiscriminately and find your cars clamped, :roll: don't think u'll get away with not writing / erasing your parking bay nos from the sticker...
