Urgent!!! CF expiry
Dear all, Did anyone notice that our CF is already MATI (expiry)!!!!!!! i dun know whether the ho hup did renew our CF after this ? Did anyone knows abt this?

Yes, our temp CF is confirm expired. Heard the renewal CF is hold b'coz of BLOCK F. If there is anything happened to us at this period of time (for ex: house on fire etc..), the developer DO NOT NEED to compensate a single cent.... So, a VALID CF is really important..

Expired TCF....!!!
Is the expired TCF still displayed on Notice Board? Can't believe building management is so out dated! Where is the renewed TCF? Or there is none?
