Water Bill in Jan 2007
I noticed Jan water bill did not have meter reading breakdown & the new water bill rate effective from Jan 2007. However, in Jan bill for water usage between 01.11.2006 and 17.01.2007, all charged at new rate. I'm not sure whether PUAS charge Bkt Jalil Mgt all at new rate or how. If charge Bkt Jalil Mgt at old rate then the excess all become Bkt Jalil Mgt profit - such unfair to all user like us. Furthermore, I checked previously mgt seldom charge us at such a long period, the most 61-day usage not like Jan bill 78-day usage, eg latest bill we received also less than 65-day usage, so do you all think that this is the tactic they used to earn extra profit from residents ? I haven't pay the previous water bill, anyone ask the management about this ? If yes, what is the management reply ? Pls share with us their explanation. Thanks.
