Ya, heard about that RM5 minimum charge at some apartment but not too sure why the difference. I have not paid my bill just yet, haha, I dont think I am alone...many are withholding the water bill, adios! Another possibility may be water leakage from your pipe located at the unit underneath your unit (at their yard area and bathroom)...but quite unlikely as the owner would have get the defects done up, unless it is vacant. :wink:
