WATER SHORTAGE WHILE BLOCK F IS GUSHING OUT WATER
Hi, Yesterday I went back and no water at all in my apartment. Before reaching my apartment i saw water gushing out from under a door in Block F. :evil: Who's gonna pay for my night stay at the hotel??? :evil:

no water supply to block E, but the other block F water keep flowing out non stop since yesterday evening. :(

Updates info. I've complaint to Dhyan yesterday in regards of the water flows and flooding the parking area at Block D. He said these causes due to contractor unwilling to repair due to NO $$$$$$. I gave him 1 week period to figure out!!!. Pls note; this applied to all Blocks thats having same problem,. if after a week still not repair, kindly updates in this forum.

seems like the water flowing problem happens in block D,E and F. what about other blocks?

We may be able to wait for 1 week for the water flow problem but now Block E has no water supply at all since yesterday !! Called Dylan yesterday on the water supply issue at Block E yesterday ..he told something like they forgot to refill the water tank after they went to clean the water tank......what a stupid act and imagine we all came back with no water at home. He tried to explain that he was on leave yesterday (meaning nothing to do with him ???)..bla..bla. How irresponsible and what a lousy management ...every time just push away their responsiblity !!! They should find alternative to fix thing up but not wait till people calling them. Even the centralized Astro disc at Block E have encountered breakdown twice so far though we are still paying for the service ...coz of strong wind or lighting strike (again ??)...things are fixed only after we have waited 4-5 days and last week another breakdown for 1-2 days. Are they going to compensate us for our loss..of couse they won't. :evil:

the explanation from Dyan yesterday night when i called was "problem in the water tank". They always talk different to different people. He promise the water supply will be up by today morning 8am but until i leave my house around 8:20am still no water supply.

no wonder when i came back from work i passed by Block F around 6something, the water gushing out very fast n is very wasted. i heard from my dad said tat Block D also same prob happening water gushing out too but not as much as BLOCK F there. if the mgmt still don take note of tis problem, the residents of Block D,E,F will suffer water rationing... how about other BLOCK A, B & C??? :x :(

just called management office, according to Dyan, the water tank is filling up with water now should be ok by afternoon...

Heard the Block A, B & C not affected.... Why always happen at our block ? *sob sob* :cry:

Have the water supply resume now, I have called to the Guard House but nobody able to give me answer.

At last, I manage to call Dhyan and he said is ok by now.

Latest updates from Dhyan. The water pump flowing & flooding from the "bilik pump" for all blocks has been rectified. If anyone still come across flowing, please updates in this forum.
