do u all hv paid the insurance bill ? I would like to know since the fire insurance is under-insured, should we suggest to mgt to increase the sum insured to reasonable value or we insure ourself for the short-amount ? as I think if insure ourself may not get the premium rate as low as mgt due to the large amt involved by group. or any body has any idea about the mgt action about the under-insured fire insurance ? really don't know how they derive the sum insured amount.

hey VL, good questions...now that RHZ is leaving...not sure who can give u the answer...ask BJD, they will probably say RHZ bought the insurance, so not sure....
