Congrats to the newly elected committee. It would be good if the committee can let us know who is responsible of what. Please intro yourselves. I hope they will sort out the critical issues as follows: -

1. Maintenance fee defaulters - proposal to charge interest and cut water supply. Without $$$, it is difficult for JMB to proceed and add value to the property.

2. Security - The access card system deficiencies.

3. Issue of CF and strata title - I hope developer can do their part and not let us wait for another 10 years

4. Lightning protection system to be repaired ASAP.

5. Pasar malam - I would delay this until security and illegal parking is resolved.

For other issues, kindly add to the list. It is a good event to have such meetings to sort out any issues. I hope owners do not get too personal, after all, the committee are also resident and owners in JDA. They are friends and represent owners to talk to various agencies and departments.

If I have said anything wrong or incorrect, please do not flame me. We need to stand united to make JDA a better place. Thanks.

Nampaknya cuma kami dua aje ni. Isu-isu yang dibentang meeting tempoh hari juga akan tidur....entah sampai bila...kalu takde CF & strata title, bleh jual rumah ke?
