Hi
Somebody here know that an entirely new house in Block C does it come with wiring for aircon and water heater?
I mean we buy the aircon from vendor but they provide installation only. So can someone explain to me here?
Thanks. Appreciate a lot. |

for block E, there is an 3-pin air-con socket provided by the developer, but most people don't like this kind of socket, and change it to a on off air-con switch. Not sure about other blocks.
For water heater, you need to pull the wire all the way from the main switch for safety purpse. |

For air-cond if u install it to the room or dinning , try to locate the indoor unit near any 13Amp plug point or extend the air-cond power-cord to the nearest Power point will do liao.
For Water Heater , it needs at least 15Amp Power point so it is better to pull another line from your main power point . This one will cost about RM200 - RM300 depends on material used |

You wired 240 volts between the two supply wires, and 120 from one to a ground. It takes a while to get hot water, but you should be able to feel lukewarm water after an hour or so. Make sure the breaker button is pushed in on the top element. _________________ Home Automation |
