Why are the meters locked up & not visible for all to read? Why the secret?
What is there to hide?  |

Hi, U can request Management to open the reser door 4 U if U 1 2 read coz this is for safety purpose.  |

The developers should have use clear panel glass doors so that the meters
can be read without having to unlocked the doors! Not everybody is
so free to ask management to unlocked the doors just to read the meters
becos have to work!! |
