Dear Block B Resident,
Finally after all huha JD resident gathering was held yesterday @ 5pm near the swimming pool. The turn-out, I should say OK (eventhough we expect a better response) and at least we able to form the interim steering committee with 2 block reps each.
Sadly only few of us (only FIVE if I could recall - the smallest group) from Block B attended the gathering. I should applaud to our 2 reps (again interim OK!!!) for taking the challenge in particular our Primary rep who have not move in but came all the way for the gathering.
Hope to see more faces in future gathering.

No...lah dc. Based on number of locked letter boxes, approxly 60%. Perhaps "takpe" ppl or know talk-talk only or bcos no makan-makan.....Oops!!!!! jgn mare.....
Hope better turn-out next time.

some of us wanted to come but busy schedule leh... will try to make it next time k.
heard tat the big boss promised to give LAD cheques in 3 days ... any news ah until today ?
yeah, kedekut lah. have maybe satay party lah on the developer of course

I notice from BJDev that they will try to issue all the LAD cheque claim within end of this month.

| i tink ppl not yet claim lad better do fast la becos the 2 1/2 storey house oso delay oredi. some more price setengah juta so if they claim from bjd.... bjd sure got problem. |
