|
|
| On few occassion, I can hear dog barking at one or two floor underneath my level in Block A....( but is not midnight) Not sure if someone actually keep pets in apartment. Sound like puppies with high pitch. Are we allowed to keep pet in the unit ? Bearable at the moment. |

| no. it's there in the deed of mutual covenants AND house rules. ignorance is no excuse. interesting enough, i'm sure all of you got that notice about the missing big orange cat (garfield?). |

Just wondering, is it applicable to ALL pets? I was thinking of keeping an aquarium & maybe have some tortoises as well... is that OK? |

| hmm... now that's an interesting situation. my personal opinion... if it ain't gonna stink the area or wake your neighbours up in the middle of the night (or drive them nuts during the day), then that's fine. but that's just my personal opinion. what do you guys think? |

i think those "quiet" type like fish and tortoises should be ok.
but make sure your fish/tortoises don't scare people or leave the shits at the common area when you bring them "jalan-jalan" in the evening. |

| whether the pet has virus or not is the owner's business(every living things also has virus especially human). as long as the pet is not making noise at midnight or early morning, it's ok for me.sometimes, the children/parents shouting and baby crying are more annoying. |

Hi chchye,
I think rules are rules. If everyone claims that his/her pet does not make noise or cause any disturbance or nuisance, is clean & no virus, then we might as well not have the rules. Sorry, I can't support you on this point. |
