Has this comittee been formed. If not, then I think we should form this as soon as possible. Perhaps we want to gather everyone interested for a meeting and nominate the pro-tem committee members as soon as possible.

I suggest a meeting on Sat 18th December - maybe at the poolside area say 2 pm. We can discuss the immediate issues. If agreeable, we can then decide on the agenda, etc....

Lets give it a vote and see.

I should be okay also for 11 pm on Dec 18th. So that should be three of us so far.

I agree with Kee, we should try and get as many of the residents aware of this forum and the urgency of setting up a committee as soon as possible and look at all the issues being faced. I came to this forum from the HBA forums where I saw this link.

As for the post box I don't know whether anyone would check it since no mail is expected. But nevertheless we can try it anyway. I plan to go there this saturday and may drop some leaflets into the postboxes or drop it at the entrance of each apartment. I dont mind doing it for block A floors.

Another approach could be when we meet on the 18th for the initial meeting
we could come prepared with some leaflets already and drop in randomly in some of the aprt. I don't mind drafting the initial letter. I will do that and post it here for review.

Do you think the developer will release the list of purchasers to us since they are happily giving out our details to their contractors and real-estate agents. I have three agents calling my mobile phone already. It must be them who have given out our numbers. If they can release then we can send out letters to this people to let them know.

Since like we just keep talking all the time. Can someone call the press media or just take some action. I agree to call all the resident to have the meeting or we can just stick the poster everywhere like what they did or just hang a banner to inform all the purchaser.

I would suggest to meet with HBA personnel for this coming Saturday.
Below is the response from HBA org.

"We hope you have initiate a group and have since formed your own pro tem
committee. If that has been done, you could now approach us as a
committee to seek out guidance from us, henceforth.
As you are aware, we are a voluntary group and we operate on Saturdays
only.
We suggest that you inform us which one of the Saturdays that your group
will be coming between the hours of 1.00pm - 5.00pm. During the meeting
you could pose us the questions that you require answers and options. To
facilitate the discussion, you could write down your questions and
forward to us during the meeting.
