We Have lot of common facilities within our Block, But nothing of them can benifit us. eg. Management office coundn't manage even simple task, Dewan Serbaguna become Tak Guna cos nothing inside (look line we going to sit on the floor), Where's REading Room (perhase they alrteady given to Suck Team (ST), Our DOBI ocupied by contractor you can find anything related to construction but not Washing Machine. Kindergaren......... Oh Surau, Please Don't fix another Speaker, OK. How can surau intall speaker!!! Are there going to force ppl to accept their belive or they're not strong as waht they Belive??? Cafeteria, another income source for BJD. cound it be another Suck Team Kopitian ? how they going to handle it.

Yeah....It is never easy to become a house buyer in our country, thanks to the irresponsible developers around. For our case, their inexperience in project planning and shortage of funds recouped the problems. In their attempt to espedite the VP delivery, they have forgotten our common facilities...Not that I am so keen to maintain diplomatic relationship with developer, but until such time our problems resolved, frustration towards developer will only make us feel even dissappointed.
