Dear sir,
I am staying in Block B. I had missed the signing of the DBKL Assesment fee last Sunday. I would like to sign now but i'm not sure who should i approach. Can you please let me know who is the Block B representative??
Besides that, i would like to join as a members. Where should i register my name and who shall i pay to??
