PLEASE EXCHANGE YOUR OLD CAR ACCESS STICKER WITH THE NEW ONE
and please do not argue with the guards for prohibiting your second car from entering the premises as unfortunately residents have abused the shortcomings of the system to their advantage (hence there are many cars without stickers parking at residents' bays!) |

I agree. I found a car parked at my parking bay twice when I went to my unit. Needless to say I had to park somewhere else.
Where do we exchange our old car stickers? From the management office or sales office? Sorry bout that. And I hope we don't have to pay for the exchange. |

it's a domino effect. because someone parked at renee's place, renee had to park elsewhere. and since that in effect means that renee had to occupy someone else's spot, that other someone had to go occupy yet another spot...
think the committee should start sourcing for wheel clamps. i'm sure we'll make loads! last week alone, surita and i spotted five (out of fifteen) cars at level ug of block e without stickers. and that's just the tip of the ice berg!
cheers! and have a great weekend ahead! |

Thanks for the update Darric and kee.
I agree with you Darric that it is a domino effect.. And clamping the wheels is a good idea. Specially for those who does not park back at their own spots. It's pretty frustrating having to find someone else's car at your spot when you go back, resulting you need to search for another one. Possibly that theirs are not covered, hence them parking at other people's who are covered??
Nyway, have a pleasant weekend all... |

Dear all,
I have change my car sticker today.... the new sticker will have your car park bay number and your car registration number on it.
Totally agree with Renne as my car park bay also quite popular.... My car park not even covered. Funny....
When I told the guard that someone park at my car park bay, they ask me to park at visitor car park. But, after the new car sticker, they will start the clamping. NICE!!!
Futhermore, they told me that they will also start the clamping on the car which still park at visitor car park after 11pm. Double NICE!! (lots of people abuse the visitor car park bay)
Good Work. |

I do hope that the guards do what they say the'll do. All talk and no action will result back in the same problem. Hopefully with that in place, it will deter people from parking at other people's place and thus reducing the problem.
Hmm... even not covered lots like joenick are not spared. Really have no idea as to why they would park at other's lot. Probably they have more than 1 car or it's nearer than theirs???
Guess I better go and change my sticker soon before they ban me from entering. haha!
Cheers.... |

yes, renee... it's cause they have more than 1 car.
and i've seen their so called "clamp"... it's a lock and chain. okay for bikes but cars? even the management of a low medium cost apartment i went to over the weekend had proper wheel clamps! hmm... by using the kuno lock & chain, management opening themselves up to potential damage to personal property lawsuits.
let's just hope the'll carry out their responsibilities effectively. |

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT VEHICLES PARKED INDISCRIMINATELY AND OCCUPYING BAYS ALLOTED TO OTHERS WILL BE CLAMPED
and don't kick up a ruckus with the guards because of your selfishness! |

I changed my on Saturday. It is a much smaller sticker, almost transparent that it is hardly noticeable. When I went back in, the security people asked me where is my sticker. When I pointed it to them, they were embarrased as they could hardly see it.
Anyway, the new sticker has my lot no. but no vehicle no. It has space for serial no. which the girl just filled in according to the order that they issued. Strange. |

well, the permanent bay no. is the least info that any parking sticker should have. otherwise, it'll just be a first come first served basis. if there are 930 alloted lots, then there should only be 930 stickers. period. i don't see how a serial no. helps. ;)
let's just hope the parking issue gets sorted out. |

| I really wonder whether the girls were properly instructed as to what to fill in the stickers. |
