if you're a guy, just climb over the wall/fence, like what I do all the time.
it is kinda lame that there's a small little door there, but its locked, well think about it, if the thieves really wanna invade JDA, they can climb also la.... geez.... should really open the little door, so for the walking residents, they can just use the door, instead of climbing all the time.
