Hi CM. I went over to the BJD Office yesterday to find out about the Maintenance and Sinking Fund for my unit.
According to them, they are waiting for the MO to submit the Statement of Accts, and have even sent an accts exec to the MO to assist in the preparation.
Also had a chance to speak to the Sales Manager on the Lantern festival on 10/9/05 and was told that the direction was from the GM not to entertain the request although he would have preferred to do so. However, the decision to keep the lights on till 12.30 am was his contrary to the GM's instructions.
Looks like we have a "friend" in BJD we could use but need to tread carefully. _________________ Sunray |

| interesting. according to their reply, all payment requisitions are made by the mo but paid by bjd (cheques are issued twice a month). if this is the arrangement, then surely the accounts are kept at bjd, no? strange... |
