our water bill is under mgmt office, and the monthly minimum charges is $6.00 per month.

check with the office if you haven't get your bill.

sound like puas charges mgmt office minimum RM30 and mgmt office charge us RM6 per unit. Total: RM6x930=5580

hi guys,

i have confirmed with the syabas and they inform that the minimum charges for the whole JDA is RM150 (tariff no.7) and what management office charge us is RM6/unit which is RM5580 a month as cmlim mentioned !!! shall we bring this issue up to bring down the minimum charges...

Komen/Cadangan: I would like to clarify in terms of the rate list. You
have stated Apt/Condo is belongs to $1.20/cu. I have study and researh
for others apt/condo rates, but they are billed under "tariff 10"
meaning $0.57/cu and so on. Please explain why certain apt/condo
categorised under domestic!

We hereby acknowledged receiving your e-mail with regards to the above.

We have check with our billing department regarding your question on
why
some condos are still categorized under domestic which is RM0.57/m3.
The
reason being, previously there are apartments or condos which have
individual meter. Therefore, it will be read as code 10
(RM0.57/m3).However, we are now standerdizing the rate at RM1.20/m3 for
High/Medium Cost Apt/Condo.

We would appreciate if you could give us the details of which
High/Medium Cost Apartment / Condominium that is still charged at
RM0.57/m3 , so that we can refer this matter to the respective
department for their further action.

But I dont understand if you are standardizing the rate.....why cant you standardize to "domestic" category...??!!! why must double up the rate......?!!........
If your answer is because of the quality of water flows........so sorry....to tell you that I dont see any improvement on the quality of water supplied to us. Hence, it doesnt touch the international grades.....

Anyhow, thank you for your time and I'm sorry to tell you that I'm unable to provide you the information of others condo rates charged under "tariff 10". I"m sure you'll know better than me IF there is ACTION on it.!!!!
