Can anybody tell me where to conform that our apartment is free hold building , is it stated anywhere in the agreement??? So far i just saw free from agri, and so on?

Hi zzhaynee,

The details about the freehold status is in the S&P Agreement. It is also

mentioned on the brochures when u bought the property. Have u got your

LAD claim from developer yet?

nope....they told me they are preparing check....it seems that mr hwang has resigned...what abt you??Any news

I just called their office yesterday, they said preparing the cheque? But they

have been telling me this for past few months!

I spoke to Pn Zai, who is in charge of Blk D & E. She told me that they hv raised a cheque request to the Head office. And they need a few signatures from the head office. So still waiting...

I hope this is real. Seems like this is a more promising update rather than a general answer from them -- "preparing cheque"

How about your experience? Is there any particular person that you spoke to? may be can share what you heard from them?

Hi,

I was informed by Nhera who is incharge of Blk B, LAD claims will be settled

this month. I am not entirely convinced though from past experience.
