Is anyone notice that the GYM room is not equiped?! 
Developer should bought whatever necessary equipment in order for residents to utilise the facilities. And not only an "EMPTY ROOM".
If I'm not mistaken, our S&P do stated that there is a "GYM ROOM" as facilities.
I've visited other apartments and their developer/management provide fully equiped gym room for their residents.

Hi Katml,
Are you sure the GYM room is stated in the S&P ? I don't think so.
On the GAS cyclinder head, all the units have it installed. If your unit is not, please check with management !!! |

Yes. it stated "GYM ROOM" in SPA.
Since when does your unit installed "Gas Head"?

It was installed around December 2004/Janauary 2005.
For the "GYM room", I need to check on my S&P. I only can recall swimming pool and squash court. |

ya ya. my s&p oso only got swimming pool & squash court only. how come yours got gym one?????
use tong gas la....... use their gas nanti bocor sini, bocor sana. somemore if bocor after meter u pulak haf 2 pay!!!!!! |
