I am still waiting for it! It's overdue & I shall be following the developer's

style, ie. charging 8% interest for late payments, I've learnt this from them.

Hi George,

Have you collected your cheque for LAD?!
I've heard most of the fighters(owner) already got the claim.

Award....????!!!! from Tribunal....???!!!
Have you attend the hearing?!
Award will be given on the same day as your hearing date in Tribunal.

If you've missed the hearing, you have to re-submit your application to Tribunal (ie. re-open file).

I have got the Award & submitted to developer. I have been chasing &

calling them many times. Who is actually in charge of giving out the

cheque? Do provide me with some names..

I've got my award too.. Smile

But the 8% p.a. interest portion, they said they will send in another cheque later...

george, it take quite some time for them to prepare the cheque. 1st, the clerk will raise a cheque request to their head office... then they will need some big guys' signature blah blah blah.... and the whole process may take 1 month from the date of cheque request.

i got mine last week, after chasing them for 3 weeks. now have to wait another 3 weeks for my renovation deposit

ever considered lodging a complaint to the ministry's bahagian pengawasan dan penguatkuasaan? also inform the tribunal. failure to adhere to the tribunal award is in fact a criminal offence.

Hi... I have wrote in the Bukit Jalil Development on 28/04/05 and please to inform you that I have collected my cheque on 06/06/05.. FYI, I didn't go through tribunal. You may do the same....

For those who have wrote in to them and yet to receive any respone. Please give them a call and you may surprise that you cheque is actually pending for collection. Staff at Bukit Jalil Development told me that they have quite a number of cheque ready for collection.

for me not yet cos just applied in May. Developer suppose to reply by today to tribunal, hope they dun.

anyway, it is a simple enuf process, just need 1 day of ur time tat's all.

will see how the trial goes a bit later. hope for the best. any news will update here.

btw, the cheque is if you all agree to the discounted LAD rite ? tribunal is way to get the full 100%++.

Hi there.... i'm new comer to this forum...... i got my LAD cheque (100%) on 03.06.05, 2nd day after I filed in LAD claim to tribunal.
According to BJ office, they are going to compensate all residents at 100% (except those accept the previous offer).
So.... go to check with BJ office now in order to get your claims.....

it's a step in the right direction by the developers. so, for all you guys out there who have not done so (i.e. write in to the developer), i think it's about time you did. and for all of you who have not received your cheques, go check with bjd.

be mindful that in any event, you can only file your claim at the tribunal within one year from the date of vacant possession (that means don't delay filing if you're running our of time!).

finally got the cheque....but 95% cos i had tried this method to persuade BJD earlier. no turning back Very Happy

well better than nothing and had to minus the 2 years maint + sink fee (some ppl did not agree to this or shortened to 1 year but still managed to get the 100% payment).

so, just be patient and kacau BJD always. dont compromise...ask for 100% and u will get it cos i saw proof in their office.

We Have lot of common facilities within our Block, But nothing of them can benifit us. eg. Management office coundn't manage even simple task, Dewan Serbaguna become Tak Guna cos nothing inside (look line we going to sit on the floor), Where's REading Room (perhase they alrteady given to Suck Team (ST), Our DOBI ocupied by contractor you can find anything related to construction but not Washing Machine. Kindergaren......... Oh Surau, Please Don't fix another Speaker, OK. How can surau intall speaker!!! Are there going to force ppl to accept their belive or they're not strong as waht they Belive??? Cafeteria, another income source for BJD. cound it be another Suck Team Kopitian ? how they going to handle it.
