Sigh... was just informed by my tenant that there is water sipping through the walls of my apartment at Level 11. Not only walls for one room, but for living room, masterbed room and the second bed room.

Called Sofian and was informed that the defect period has expired last month at 31 March 2006....



So any advise from anyone?

It is still defect and structural problem right????
