There was people banging the door and grill between 12am-1am+ at Block D and when I called Raj he said apparently his guards checked and it was someone forgotten keys and had to break in. Don't tell me the thief told the guards he forgotten the keys.
There's a notice at the lift on statistics of break-ins - it should be updated what's the latest by block. |

|

I am sure everyone gets the chance to read the letter from the resident-En.Jaafar to our management - En.Zakaria.
What did En.Jaafar done is very good as he shares his experience to others and also alert all of us on what shall be done as JDA residents.
The spirit of JDA RA(committee) has been lower down due to the lack of co-operation from the management and also support from everybody after the more than 6 months battle fighting for our resident rights.
Shall we call for a re-election of Residents Associates Committee?
In order to produce new, fresh & energetic team!
Need your urgent & precious feedback!
We got to do it fast..... |

9 cases in one night - wow ! It must be a record for apartment break-ins.
Does our neighbour Sri Rakyat have such records ?
To achieve this feat, the thief must be:
1. experienced - to be able to hit so many apartments - have to cut grill, locks etc within few hours plus get all the goodies
2. maybe there's a few of them - can one person do so many ?
3. daring and expert climber(s) - coming thru the yard can mean dead meat if they slip
4. if insider job - possible they are located at top floors (are these tenanted or vacant ?) ? it is possible to do some sort of abseiling down to the lower floors from the top and still make it "safe" ? any foot marks on the walls from the yard side ?
did the police do fingerprint checks on all the yard entrances ?
well they have hit main entrance, the yard ... perhaps its gonna be balcony next. |

Miki,
Can only tell you in brief as my memory not that good :p.
If i remember clearly, the letter is special wrote to the management office attn to En.Zakaria. En.Jaafar being the victim of the bulgary espressed his dissapointment with the management. What he lost might not able to be found again which is his laptop that consist of his 3 years research on his PHD and some important documents.
He hope that management can look into this matter seriously and work it out with JDA RA (Residents Associate).
Above is the only thing i could recall.....
Correct me please anyone... if there's miss out or mistake. |

And that his letter also mentioned that the mgt office has a duty of responsibility to all the residents of JDA.
Be safe! |

Thanks tpwong!
Somehow, we all pretty sure how far the management has done in order to show us their responsibility to JDA!
By pushing everything to security and those residents who did not pay their maintenance...... |

| Who appointed them to replace the previous management - is that BJD ? Then if the only response the management is giving that says they are not empowered to do anything, then we should take it up with BJD directly. |
