Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting (the ‘‘AGM’’) of Persatuan Penduduk Jalil Damai (the ‘‘Committee’’) will be held on Saturday, 05 August 2006 at 4: 30 p.m. at Resident Hall Blok B , Level 2 , Apartment Jalil Damai, Bukit Jalil , 57000 Kuala Lumpur.

AGENDA :
1. Selecting New Committee Member of Persatuan Penduduk Jalil Damai
2. Arises issues

All members are required to fill in the nomination form and submit before 05/08/2006- 10 pm. Please drop your nomination form at Persatuan Penduduk Jalil Damai BOX at the Pool side Cafeteria . For those resident haven't become member , please do so by filling up form and drop at the Resident BOX at the Cafeteria poolside. (The Box Will Be Place on This Saturday-15/07/2006)

I only found out about this forum and the RA meeting today when i saw a flyer advertising this forum stick on near the lift's button. Why the meeting notice is it not on the notice board? and i didnt even know about the resident's association until i check out this forum. Some publicity perhaps shld be done to make the commitee's member more well known to the residents (and at least their existence). Just some suggestions. Thks.

ribuan terima kasih kepada raymond dan para ahli jawatankuasa baru kerana sudi menanggung beban menerajui persatuan pada tahun 06/07. untuk makluman mereka yang tidak dapat menghadiri mesyuarat tahunan tersebut, berikut adalah ahli ahli jawatankuasa eksekutif yang terpilih:

pengerusi: raymond ananth
naib pengerusi: ramli mihat
setiausaha: seetharaman murugah
penolong setiausaha: zulkifly abdullah
bendahari: kam yew wai

tidak lupa juga ahli ahli jawatankuasa yang lepas yang telah banyak menyumbang secara sukarela untuk menggerakkan jentera persatuan penduduk ini.

semoga persatuan penduduk akan lebih efektif menangani pelbagai masalah khususnya masalah keselamatan di apartmen ini.
