I received my water bill but how much per CU, anyone know about this.

where does the bill from ...??!!! developer or water konsortium ...?!?!!
I havent receive any.

Me just receive my bill.......it come out at RM 145..........it is super expensive?...wondering how much is yur bill?

i got my bill yesterday. is in my letter box from the management. the bill is only rm30 for the pass few month. i was suprise is cheap coz i never aspect the bill is this amount.

RM 30 also, that way we hv 2 know the way they coculate 1Cu = RM ??

Hi all,

I would say water bills comes up to $30 and above is EXTREMELY HIGH.
We are staying in APARTMENT and NOT Condo.
Our rate should follow apartment rate and not condo.
Moreover now billing changed to monthly. Previously, it was bi-monthly.

I remember I paid in my last apartment before moving here is $13-$16 per month. And the most is $20.

RM30 is for Oct 04(??) to March 05
there is a mimimum amount RM6 monthly

Received mine at RM30 too but billing date is from 1/2/2005-15/3/2005. Bit expensive for 1 1/2 month's charges.

i just received my water bill yesterday..

the billing is for last dec till march, 05

total is only RM30+, which i think i quite cheap

Hi sha,

you may treat Dec'04 to Mar'05 = $30, is cheap.
But question is when did you move in?!
Which month is your actual consumption?!

If just moved in April'05. and $30 is fall empty house, than its pretty expesive.

Hi,

The bill should state how much usage? How many cubic metres? Check from

the water meter! Check also what is the minimum charge per month whether

u use the water or not......

okay.. i think they charged me RM32.70 for using 27 CU water for the pass 5 months.

I have received water bill too.

To find out what is the CU, - All you need to do is...;
Amount Charged / meter reading usage.

Example;
Total Payable: $57.60
Meter Reading: 48

Hence, $57.60 / 48 = $1.20/cu

I've checked past records that I stayed at Apartment also. The rate charged is $0.70/cu.
Now this developer is charging us $1.20/cu.
I'm suspecting this rate is belongs to Condo category.

Please be reminded that Jalil Damai was registered as APARTMENT and NOT Condo. I was told by Sales Manager before purchase of this unit.

Hence, ALL bills ie. water, electricity, assessment and etc SHOULD follow Apt category.
