Kee,
It is our right if it is not stated in S&P, but the problem is the security guards are under orders not to allow shifting in if we don't pay deposit! |

Hi all!
U need to fill in form, give 7 days notice, pay $300 deposit to shift in. Get your refund the next day after shifting in provided no damages or rubbish cause to the common areas. |

Hi all,
What is "shift in" deposit?!
Is it the same as disposal charges?
When do you get this information? _________________ Katml |

Hi,
Problem with defects? Is developer taking too long rectifying defects? According to S&P, they have 30 days to complete the defect lists submitted to them |

almost 60days already since i collected the key.
i decided to terminate the defects action as i have started renovation and i don't want anyone from the developer enter my unit. I am "lucky"(???) because my unit's defects is minor which my contractor agree to touch up for me.

| According to the new staff at management office (JH is no longer stationed there), shift-in deposits is not paid once and for all..but applicable whenever we have anything shifted in, e.g. furniture & electrical items might be delivered at different time....meaning we are not paying only rm300 unless you shift-in all at the same time. |

See, Kee.....
Exactly, as what I've predicted. They are not that linear/kind to us, collect only one time. _________________ Katml |

Has anyone moved in?!
Did you pay deposit?!
When do they refund?!
Every blocks have a notice board in "UG" (ie. main entrance of each apartments). There is no notice stuck about the move in deposit. Was this notice omitted or no longer valid?!
There is only a piece on the management office. _________________ Katml |
