Dear residents of JDA,

It is now more than 3 weeks already since the AGM on 5 August 2006. I want to thank the people who were elected or volunteered to serve in the new committee.

It is now time for the new committee to introduce themselves. They have yet to issue any statement or posting. What does the new committee intend to do this year in order to help solve the residents' problems with the management/developer? The residents need to know so that they can work together with you. How about the block reps? Are they the same people or are there new ones being nominated? The residents need to know too.

Many thanks to the previous committee for their hard work. They encountered so much difficulties and frustrations in carrying out their thankless tasks and responsibilities until, I think, they also gave up. It is our hope that the new committee will be able to succeed where the previous committee failed.

Cheers!

kalo committee kira 'not strong enough' silap siapa? siapa yang memilih mereka jika bukan penduduk jalil damai sendiri? kalo kira diri sendiri berwibawa untuk menerajui sub-committee, dipersilakan. ingat, bila jari telunjuk menuduh, jari yang lain mengarah ke diri sendiri.

I think it is difficult to push the blame to the committee also la, it is not their house which is being broken in.

I think if it is their house, things will be different here. --> Just an assumption. If I am wrong, committee members please speak up!

Can any of the RAs please let us (the residents) know what is the outcome of the meeting with the management / developer few months ago, about in May / June?

The one where the residents met with the RAs to talk about increasing maintenance fees, increasing the height of the walls & etc?

When's the next meeting?

Thanks much..

i thot there's going to be a meeting on 25 Aug, 4pm - that's the agm also ? maybe can ask all the questions there.

there was also on the notice board saying the management was reverting to the older proposed maintenance fees (not the original maintenance fees). eg. in block D original was RM72, then it was raised to RM90+ and then another time to RM100+ so now its back to RM90+ don't quite remember exact figure.
