Guys,

This is such a big blunder. It's been so many weeks since one of the lift in Block 'B' went Kaput due to lightining strike (blah blah blah)......

Well, that's alrite....but hasnt been fixed till this date. Ironically, the management office knows it well, as those guys live in 2nd floor of this Block 'B' (2nd floor only mah! can use stair whaat!)

What is the best thing to do inorder to get this up and running for those living above 2nd floor....apart from reminding Mngmt so many times...Did anyone just said, "Fix it up!"?

Hi,

The lift was not attended to or repaired if it was faulty, becos no effort was

made by developer to do it. They have their own reasons for not doing it.

Guess why...?

Hi all,

No money .....cannot be.....

Un-refundable renovation deposit at least +- RM200.00.
Deposit they bank in, after 1-2 month only returned to us. If accumulate all the interest is a big amount.....

Not a good answer from management.

Guard got so many, but always sit at main door. Did they check on every block on every hour at least ? For safety purpose ....

Definetly NOPE!

Of course their answered is "no money" In fact, they are using OURS $$$$ to roll others projects. Eg; need $$$ to pay contractors and suppliers for the semi-D projects (beside our Apt ...??!!!).

Did you guys notice...?!!! The progress is getting slower and slower.??!!...

No Money....No People....No Budget....are all part of NO RESOURCES strategy. Old dirty ways to keep our mouth shut.

Comparatively residents of Sri Rakyat are better off with the amount of maintenance fee they pay. They get all the above resources during downtime...I would say Just-in-time. How eh?

Cmon people, let's seriously look into what's the next step to take?.

Ps:Out of the subject of this topic..some idiot broke my letter box lock sometime between this friday eve and saturday afternoon.

Bomba Dept. should be notified!

Just checked the Bomba website. I don't think Jabatan Bomba is pleased

with the Bomba lift, equipment, etc NOT IN WORKING CONDITION!

Suggest pro tem commitee to send email to them for advice in event of

fire occurring in building.... Is developer responsible then???

Lift # 2 is in operation for more than 3 days from now....of course, let me add that word SUCCESSFULLY!

^Hopefully^, this stays uninteruppted for future time period.

nice to hear from you again. been away? yeah... let's hope the lifts continues to be in operation. i'm sure the jabatan bomba & penyelamat will have a field day when they inspect our apartment if the hoses and lifts do not function! and syabas will frak out when the see the amount of water flowing out of our bilik pam. Smile

Yeah Darric, was overseas on am implementation....well, nowhere near an excuse for not loggin on to this forum...It's just been a hectic schedule.

Phew!!...looks like this the lift issue is sorted out for now. However i leave it to this forum administrator to close or keep this subject open.

I'm sure these agencies are going to influence management to change tactics.....hopefully for the better of all of us.
