To all the commitee members and all JDA owners/tenants, I think it's time for all of us to group together as one and deal this with the mgmt once and for all.

It makes everyone living in fear of "when will be their turn". SOme of us might have to travel to other states for work assignment for days or even weeks and when they checked the webpage, it makes them wonder what's happening in JDA. Are their house affected???

Please, if we can take the opportunity of the DeepaRaya get-together, talk to the mgmt on how are they going to deal with the security issues.

I'm not going to pay for the maintenance fees anymore, because pay or don't pay, security sucks. So why the hell do I want to make the mgmt and developer richer?????

So to all the commitee members, please start do something.

mungkin perayaan deeparaya ini adalah masa terbaik untuk mendapat maklumbalas jawatankuasa. harap pihak jawatankuasa dapat menggunakan forum ini untuk menyebarkan sebarang khabar berita tentang dialog dialog yang diadakan dengan pihak pengurusan dan sebagainya.

Is there any way or any Government department which can held the Management and Security responsible?

hi dan,

the government is in the midst of approving a bill where it will allows the owners/resident to appoint their own management company thus can hv control/influence over them. it is expected to be approved sometime next year. Just hope no delay.

At the mean time, i dont know if we can make the management of security responsible. perhaps can claim they are negligence in their work/failed to perform their duties due to continuous cases of break-ins.

After Deeparay, in fact our next activity is going to gather all resident to have internal dialog before an external dialog with Developer, Management and Security.

But now internally we have confirm the event date and time. Will notify all of you all one we have confirm the date.
