Hi Residents,
Do you notice recently some of the owner park more than 1 car in thier parking lot?And i notice they share the sticker, that's why the guard allow them to drive in .But i wonder why the guard at the particular block know there is more than 2 car in 1 parking lot/without sticker and they din take any action!!!
For those staying in Block C,do you notice there is a Singapore car-White color Altis(parked behind the mailbox/exit way) was parked in more than 3 months!!!Can you guys imagin....3 months!!!This car is share parking lot & sticker with another red color civic, and the guard din take any action,i had query few of the guards, but the next day same situation happen...sigh....very disappointed Remember, last time when there is an illegal paking/parked without sticker, the guard will claim the particular car or marked down the car number & do not allow them to drive in,but now.......
And i did call to the Management office, first time i talk to the malay girl and she said will inform the boss, but next few days same situation happen. So i call again, this time i direct talk to the Head-Mr.Saravanan,can u guy imagine how he answer me,he said "As long the car din disturb any one he can park in,coz the owner was parked in his parking lot"WAH!!!how can he said this, coz the rule is each apartment only allow 1 car park in,this is not fair for those who have small car park.Plus few months ago the management was requested us to change the new sticker(for tracking purpose),now they allow more than 2 car drive in,so what for we have to follow the STUPID RULE!!!
Committee members in reading,i think we have to do something, else soonest we can see there will have many illegal car drive into our apartment and park anyway coz "They are not disturb to other people" |

i will do the same as well becoz "everybody is doing it" so what the hell.
nobody is even bothered to look into it.
these are all cases of negligence. i have some photos to upload so that you fellas going to court against the management can use it as evidence i.e. negligence, "casualness" of the security.
and that bloody white honda civic and black perdana is at the block A visitor car park everyday. it was still there this morning at 10am when i left home. it was also there yesterday and the day before and before that as well. |

I wonder why the guard/management know there is a car park inside without valid sticker but never take any action...Remember our previous batch gurad,at least they do control like claim/block the car enter to the apartment...but now...sigh .
Remember when this new batch guard come around July, they are very aggressive, everynight go to check car by car,and put a notice on the car which do not have valid sticker and put the car number in the parking lot(i think they have to do something so they have a excuse to collect the maintenance fee),but after few months "all back to the square"!!!For what purpose they wanted to put the car number there? At the end still allow other cars to parked! And why we need to pay the maintenance fee?Since they do nothing?
I think this happend after the Management change "Head",now the person incharge is Saravana. And i feel this guy do not border any problems happend here, and the solution given doesn't solve the problem but make it more worst...like now,if he still never take any action and continue allow more ppl drive in ,then what for we so "Stupid" still follow the rule? |

| well i think as long as u dont kacau other parking, dont break in ppl house, let the dog /cat bark in your own house, no public piss(in stair case, including baby), behave properly in the swimming pool, dont talk loudly middle of night, staring ppl like shit, not using the squash room all night themself, and other common rules, we as a human being can tolerate.....right.....!!!! Common facility means we share everything together....Lets look at the bigger picture here......Management is useless, wasting our maintenance money.....(99 perunit * 12 months =$1188 * 900 unit = $1.1 mill, nothing being done....only angkut sampah) yesterday i saw someone report in the malaymail abt robery at jalil damai, which is good but at the same time damaging our property value/reputation.....??? Think strategic...think smart... |

Yeap, after paying maintenance fees, collecting new car park stickers, claimed that they will put up our car registration number on our parking lot.....but i think all down the drain.........
By the way zzhaynee.........if no improvement is done and things get out of hand like Palm SpringCondo in damansara....i think our property price will go straight down the drain and no turning back right??
I don't think what is in Malay Mail will do any harm to the property price even if it does, it will only affect the price for a short period of time and when the management and developer take things more seriously at JDA, I believe our property price will be even better than current.
Anyway, security is much more important for those who are making JDA their home rather than those who are making JDA their investment.......and for those who are making JDA their investment, so sorry, please bear with the rest of the resident for the time being. |

Just some update:
Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation is aware about the situation in JDA. Mr Choong, the administrator of MCPF will bring up the issues of JDA to the committees of MCPF. According to him, the key person to be blamed for security is the management.
He will keep in touch again for further action.
More info on MCPF:
www.emcpf.org
For your info, one of the director of Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd is Tan Sri Dato Lee Lam Thye and he is also one of the exco member of Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation.
Keep my finger cross that this is fruitful and will bring along some changes at JDA.
By the way, the lawyers have confirmed the meeting on Thursday but venue and time yet to confirm. |
