I myself personally dont feel any effect/improve or goodness to have the exit schedule for opening and closing within certain hour/time.

Whats the point for doing so?!
if the hour past/over, ppl still climbing in/out.
you think burglary is due to this exit open?!
or the robber just walk by past this small exit?!

I WOULD SAY THIS IS NONSENSE!!
THE DOOR OPEN OR CLOSED STILL BURGLARY EXIST.

my suggestion is to closed or lock the door ONLY at midnight.

door should open from 6am to 11pm.
BUT within this time (opening hour) a guard MUST placed beside the gate to check ppl going in/out.
rather than let them sitting at Block D & E playing their hp or chit chatting with their members.

the management said they plan to implement card access system..but nobody knows how, when and what they r going to install...perhaps the committee can ask about what exactly is their plan...

katml,

I am totally agree with you. I DO NOT THINK that those bulgary will be so STUPID to get out from the small exit after they done their business in JD.

In fact, I called Mr Murti / Security office yesterday, he claimed that it's because of one guy called MR TING (BLOCK D) complaint to the management / security, that the break-in case happen is due to the unlock small exits.

... Guyz... do you think those bulgary will walk out from the apartment with "our belongings" without any vehicles ? EVEN the bulgary park their car outside the apartment, they STILL CAN CLIMB OUT, RIGHT? Who's know, those bulgary MIGHT ALSO OUR RESIDENT, RIGHT?

Don't you think it's very stupid idea to ask the management / security to close the door from 8PM onwards ??????? Imagine all those working ladies (esp those wearing skirts) went home after 8pm, how they going to climb in if their car is parking outside?

I really hope those ppl like MR TING please do THINK TWICE first whenever they complaint anything to the management / security.

I think we don't have the contribute and the management should have more than suffient fund for this.....it wouldn't cost them a bomb for the barb wires.....

after the meeting yday, we found out from the comittee that 80% of the residents here have already paid up to date the maintenance fees during the last round when they change our car stickers......whereby they get about RM80k a month.

Farnee thing is that, mgmt is still claiming that they have insufficient of $$ and resident not paying........where all the $$ go to???

Our lawyer said 80% paid, is a very good figure and hard to find 80% of residents to pay maintenance fees!!! Shocked Shocked
