I have a vacant unit in Block D Jalil Damai Apartment and am currently looking for genuine tenant. The unit is fully furnished and relatively new. The furnishings include sofa, washing machine, air-conds, fridge, dinning table, TV, bed, etc. In other words, you can actually bring in your suit case and stay

It sound good but preferably it is facing the guard or the main road as i know there is some robbery cases before.

Thanks for replying. As discussed, the price quoted is for a fully furnished unit - ready for anyone to live in anytime. Therefore, if you were to spread this price over time, it's still a value-for-money as compared to an unfurnished unit where you would need to incur upfront start-up/furniture costs, moving costs, time and most importantly the hassle.

Having said that however, I would fully respect your decision.
