Calling Block E owners!
Block E has been left with 1 lift working for >1 month and i do not see any people fixing it so far ...even the only lift in operations encounters regular breakdown ..and residents got to walk up to their apartment several times. Pls get more people to make complaints to the management so that they really initiate some action! |

Yes, it has been like that for a long time.
Worst is, when there are ppl moving in, they will hog the only lift for a long time |

I AGREE. IT HAS BEEN A NUISANCE TO THE RESIDENCE AND I WISH THAT SOMETHING COULD BE DONE BY THE MANAGEMENT.......WHICH OF COURSE UNFORTUNATELY BOES NOT HAPPEN.
AT TIMES WHEN I USE THE STAIRS TO COME DOWN, I ALSO ENCOUNTER CONSTRUCTION RAW MATERIALS PLACED IN FRONT OF THE FIRE EXIT DOOR WHICH PREVENTS ME TO EXIT.
UNITY AMONG US COULD CHANGE ALL THIS. |

yes, mrs dass... as far as blocking fire exits go, it's a definite no no. any idea whether these materials belong to our dear in-house contractor?
by the way, since we have been focusing on common property maintenance, has anyone notice that there are still no emergency water hoses on EVERY level of the apartment? and if u take a stroll down the corridors, staircases and car park, you'll notice how excellent our developer's workmanship is. take a stroll this weekend... it'll be good exercise (but beware, with all the shortcomings u notice, it could be very bad for your heart!) |

Really piss off with the cleaner.
They always FULLY occupied the lift between 8am-9am. This is the peak period of the usage of the lift, where everyone got to rush to work.
And, the other lift in our block is always down.
Piss off! |
