got the letter from Raine, Horne & Zaki acting for and behalf of Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd ... Amount to pay is RM89.18.

Thats all the invoice says.... anyone else got this??

1 question... this insurance covers what??

900 blocks X RM89.18 = RM80,262. Thats a lot of money for insurance and i wonder what this actually covers.

I won't be paying for sure due to many reasons :

1. 2 cars in 1 carpark lot
2. 3 cars in 1 carpark lot
3. There's no water hose noozle, if there's fire, building will be burned down.
4. We r paying for burglary insurance when there's no security in the 1st place.
5. Illegal parking everywhere
6. i leave 6,7,8 onwards for you fellas to fill up.

11. bikin pondok kutip bayaran untuk kolam renang. (sabtu lalu ramai budak dari sri rakyat masuk kolam basu baju, saya terpaksa panggil jaga halau mereka keluar, kalau ada pondok kutip bayaran, senanglah BJD nak siapkan semua project) Laughing

I got a copy of all the insurance policy. You can call BJD to get a copy, make them send it to you. The person in charge is Ms Yap.

Premiums:
Burglary - RM2635.00 for sum insured RM50k
PUblic Liability - RM1080.00 for sum insured RM1mil
Fire & Allied Perils Master - RM79,076,74 for sum insured RM84,239,468.07

Breakdown for Fire:
A & B - RM27,970,420,63
C - RM14,421,821.51
D - RM15,911,057.71
E - RM14,332,950.33
F - RM11,603,217.89

6 blocks of apartments consisting of 930 units as stated in the policy.

Do we have any forensic insurance agent who can help us calculate the actual premium we should be paying for fire?? Just to make sure that we are not paying what we should not be paying!!

pintu blok a sudah rosak. tak boleh tutup betul betul. kena lantai. gerbang atas pun sudah pecah sejak i mula masuk tiga tahun lepas. jaga pintu pun tak erti Rolling Eyes
