nobody works for free. even volunteers get something in return, it may not be in the form of money.
Therefore as for volunteer RA , i would suggest that as an incentive or reward for being the voice for Blocka A-F, the newly appointed RA should be given :

for example :

1. free 2nd car park
2. fill in the blank ... anyone.
3. and so on....

i'm not suggesting the current RA should get it but the new ones.
Of course getting these benefits should also come with a price. RA needs to be our voice and have us updated weekly or each fortnight.
RA Meetings should be weekly or bi-weekly and must be announced before hand.
RA committe that don't attend regular meetings should be dissolved immediately and a new one should be appointed and that goes for freeloaders RA as well if this scheme goes through.

After all, some other apartment community are already having these benefits for their RA and they seem to get their apartments running steady.

IMHO, the list looks fine, we need some RA who are more mature and with negotiation power.

We need to aware that the management is not always our enemy.
