unit : B-14-3( in case u dunno, means Block B, 14th floor, unit No.3 )
target : Preferrable chinese female( suppose this group are tiny and clean )
The room you are going to rent is painted GREEN in color, basic furnished( means have bed, desk, etc. ), facing SOUTH( actually nothing attractive, but at least not facing the sunset >< )
facility : small fridge, microwave, 1M streamyx, NO washing machine & TV
rental : RM350/mth
when to move in : April onwards( my chinese lady tenant is leaving end of March )
