Hi all!

TCF for blocks A, B, C valid from 1st Oct. 2004 till 1st April 2005.

TCF for blocks D & E valid from 6th Oct. 2004 till 6th April 2005.

What about TCF for block F? Any idea? Shocked

I think Block F is not fully completed yet, early this month I saw Block F car park is not even completed.

Any idea on what basis are DBKL going to renew the TCF?

When I called up Tmn Desa office, asking what is pending the issuance of permanent CF, was told that there are 2 things : 1. interchange 2. lanscaping. Not sure how true is this... as you know... diff ppl give diff answer at diff time.

Yes, developer have to get the support letter (surat sokongan) from landscape Dept. DBKL & also build interchange at highway there. Not too clear on this. It is noted on the TCF copy pasted near the lift at ground floor.

is that means no CF until interchange is completed? i wonder this will take how many years Sad

Hi All,

I notice that the TCF dated 06.10.2004.
But our vacant possession notice dated 04.10.2004.

They should apply TCF before sending out VP notice to us. I guess they are in hurry sending out VP purpose is to minimise LAD.

I've read the regulation in the website. Please check out @ www.thestar.com.my and sub-web "All Malaysia Info". There are a lots of information and it may help.

Guess the permanent CF won't be out "soon" cos the developer have to build the Bandar Bukit Jalil/ Sg. Besi-Puchong Highway Interchange (near the Taman Bukit Jalil Recreation Park) Exclamation

i wonder why Sri Rakyat Flat got CF without the interchange but not for Jalil Damai Apartment as they are opposite to each other in the same area.

I'm not sure where does the info from.
As what my understanding, they are totally different issue.

Inter change is under/part of government project to convinient publicity and economy growth whereas, CF is "Certificate of Fitness" for Condo/Apt.

You may check out more info @ Ministry of Housing website. There are some general info of how the procedure works and some housing rules & regulation.

Hi,

I believe the developer have committed an offence by not renewing the

TCF after expiry. However I'm not sure what is the penalty given out by the

authority DBKL in this case...
