Why does the new car sticker has our unit no on it? I don't think it should - what with the no of break ins. If the break ins are inside job - the burglar may go around noting down the cars and unit no.
When we go out and the car is not parked, they will know that most likely no one is in and will target us.
What do you think? |

I havent replace my new car sticker from management yet.
But I truly disagree the new car sticker put our blok unit on it.
U r right gpliew. This only will make the thief easy target us unit when we r not around.
Anybody else replace the new car stickers already?
Or you all agree the new car sticker should stated our unit number on it?
Kindly advice.. |

I have already replaced mine, without the unit number even the block number.
I think those ppl in the mgmt office discriminate on who they can bully and who they can't bully, so if u dun wan your unit number to be stated, you just have to be firm with them.
You must be there to witness them issuing the stickers otherwise they will just take your instruction for granted.
And the survey form, if you choose not to fill up the particulars of the ppl staying at your house just struck it off and indicate, private and confidential. The GM tried to threated me by saying that police will come and banci so if i dun fill up, they will enquire me......such a silly comment.
Where in the world the police will be damn free to come and banci........even his staff, Fahmi thinks he is stupid... |

Latest News,
The management trying to ask RM52 from my sister in law,
they said RM50 is for processing fee and the RM2 is for the sticker.
Anyone encounter this problem also?
Looks like they trying to force the residents pay more 50 bucks since the deadline reached. |

Is your sister in law a tenant of jalil damai? If yes, the 50 bucks is for deposit. You can take it back when you move out. Just make sure she do keep the receipt. |

Yea, My sister rent the house.
Just curious how come the management still want to collect RM50 as deposit.
Even thought she show them the rental agreement which provide by the owner of the unit.
But now should be alright, the owner will going to deal with the management soon. |
