I already received my water bill last two days ago.
Did anyone notice the currently WATER BILL CHARGES ????
I look at the bill I really "PENGSAN"!!! I really surprised with figure printed on the paper, it cost me RM 300 +++
Can anyone tell me what is happening to the management lately??? Are all the staffs "BERHENTI KERJA" and that's why the management no ppl to do the adminstration work???
Where is the NEW COMMITTEE????? Are they doing their work and fight for the right for JDA Residents????????

I havent check my water bill this month,
but rm300 something is a quite high for a month.
May i know how many months they charge you? |

check the bill with them at the office.
Just pay the water bill once you confirm if it is really RM300 which is definitely unrealistic...
Maintenenace fee - as for now, i would advise to forget it until we get our own management firm.
The lift in Block A is unrepaired for 2 weeks already |

The charges is about RM 350 from Feb to May 2008.
I already ask the management to check the meter they told me its the meter "ROSAK". If really rosak they shouldnt charge me for so high they should charge at minimum RM 12.00 since they cant get the accurate meter reading. I really don know how to pay for it???
Who else still facing the same problem like me? Have u checked with the management?? What is their reply to you??? URGENT!!!!
I NEED HELP FROM YOU PPL TO SETTLE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! |
