|
|
Hi,
Any owner with the parking spot, lot numbers from 208-213, would like to swap spot with my lot 192 as I live on the opposite end of the block.
I'm not really comfortable with the security of our apartment and at least I can sleep sound at night knowing my car is 'there' when I gaze out of my window.
the parking lot ballot was a dumb@$$ idea for sure.
If you do, please give me a buzz at 016.277.2663
cheers

mutual barter trade mah... i didn't say it was like a hostile take over by putting up nasty note onto your windscreen or "eyesore" stuff like water bottle, wooden structures placed there when they go to work...
nowadays it's like we're living in a very tense community... touch a bit, fight... invade 1mm into their personal space, lodge complain...
similarly... this forum... a lot of negative energy... "stupid" this "stupid" that... calm down peole... before u know it, high blood pressure and POP!, another one bites the dust...
anyways... who's up for the mutual trade? cheers & have a nice day! |

Hi teekay
I have the same problem like you....but may be a bit better as I can still see my car from my balcony. I am from Block A but was given a car park in front of block B....and to others vice versa. The beauty of car park balloting yah! But after a while I get used to this walking exercise.
In your case, you can check with Dhyan to see whether he can assist to help you swap the car park lot by talking to the "interested party" ...he may have the full details. He offered to help me earlier. Not all owners have access to this website though. Give it a try. |

is this true? then why in the world did they have separate ballot boxes for blocks A, B, C, D & E? i was under the impression that the lots were within the vicinity of the resident's block.
by the way, since these lots have been balloted (complimentary), just out of curiousity, can the management decide to change the allotment subsequently? after all, it does not form part of our sale and purchase (you know... the ones where the car parking lot parcel no is in fact stated). |

That was what I thought when I did the balloting( I was given a few boxes if not mistaken)......The explanation given to me then was there are not enough parking lots for residents of Block A (only one level car park podium was built-lower costs I presumed) so some owners have to take up Block B lots. Later, I was under the impression that some Block B owners actually ended up Block A lots! Trully, I find this whole idea of car park balloting is absolutely unreasonable.
As for the proposed swapping, I think what Dhyan meant is mutual agreement and provided Developer take note of the same in their records too...in any event, the parking lot no is never set out in our SPA. |

When I first balloted, it was from Blk C box. Later I tried to reballot again but the Manager (forgot his name) at the BJD office in Tmn Desa said it was not possible. Didn't persue it again.
My carpark is at the back of my unit and it's partially in the open(1st Flr) My only worry is residents throwing rubbish or something heavy that will cause damage to my car. |

His name is En Sabriel something, he is the Project Manager. He show me the car park floor plan after I did my balloting. When I look at it....I feel like laughing.....it is a real joke or just co-incident that all strategic car park lots have been highlighted in the plan ie taken.
Well, car park balloting is carried out for obvious reason, Firstly, there are not enough car parks for each block so by way of balloting BJD will be seen as fair to all, right? And there will not be cases like higher floor get better and covered lots. Secondly, some "strategic" lots can be reserved for whatsoever reason BJD may have, eg. special request or subsequent sale.
On general....I just feel as an owner, there are certain conducts by BJD which is just beyond our control sometimes but other crucial issues such as TCF, fire insurance policy and strata title, BJD should not take us lightly..... |

u guys should go to block B and have a look at the gnd floor parking...two cars side by side with almost identical number plate and the rest can guess on ur own....
how they managed to so "luckily" get side by side parking in such nice spots ? balloting....kidding rite. who would believe it
more like case for BPR to investigate cos got somethin' fishy going on
balloting should be done in front of everyone (at least for the respective blocks) to be fair and transparent. not done individually in the office. _________________ 3C |
