Yeah, i think it's a need to place the rubbish bin at every floor.
Just saw someone thrown the plastic at the carpark after had their food..
We only stays here for the most 5 months, cant imagine what would happen after another 5 months. |

As for my opinion....
Every floor is not necessary, I guess residents are the person who responsible for their floor's unit respectively.
Because the moment you entered lift, you are going back to your own unit, and with this IF you STILL cant hold back your rubbish to throw in your own unit's dustbin OR dustbin of debris room (each floor has it) so,... I guess no point of having so many dustbin....
I would say dustbin is necessary in public area; for instant;..
1. center of the lift for upper and lower ground floor.
2. both washroom for pool user. _________________ Katml |

ya... there is a need for a paradigm shift in people's mentality. how many times do we see people throwing stuff out of their car windows? u think these same people will bother making use of bins at every floor? aiya... these people won't even bother throwing it in the bin even if it were right in front of them!
by the way, somebody thought it fit to throw their garbage at my parking lot last week. can't throw at the communal bin provided at every floor but hardworking enough to go all the way to the ground floor to dispose of it. hmm... may have just stepped on someone's tail. |

Yes yes very true. I think it's really necessary to have dustbin....
Maybe as in public area and ground floor of each lift. |

| We should have at leave a dustbin with the cigarette 'extinguisher' (don't know what's that called) at least at the ground and first floor where no near by dustbin is accessible |

| I think there is a need for a small bin with cigarette extinguisher on top like what we see in front of most lifts. Some guests do not know where the floor garbage bin is. Also convenient for those who want to throw little bit of rubbish such as empty drink cans, etc. |
