Dear Folks,

I'm unable to attend tonight gathering. For those who will be attending, please raise our concern to the management.

1) Lift not working
2) No maintenance e.g. a lot of rubbish, lift is dirty, renovation left over is not dump to the allocated debris
3) Security guard

Please post your the update.

I don't think there's any agenda on to nite gathering, so pls attend the 29th meeting

Hi all

Yeah...I've just noticed there will be a gathering held by Management tonite at visitors parking 6:30pm to 10:00pm.

Hope everyone could attend and at least the management people is there too...so, we can voice out at the same time.

Please note:

I've informed Dhyan regarding the 29.05.2005(sun) meeting. And I've invited him to attend too.

Because I think no point just held meeting and "talk air" if everyone is waiting for somebody to action....

Hope the meeting we "voice out" and could "START ACTION" at the same time by the management.

that there should also be an imposition on the pool use time (like restricting the use [as in swimming] from 6:00am to 9:00/10:00pm), if there is none imposed yet.

Well, of course I'm not sure if there are some ppl in this forum who may like to skinny-dip in the middle of the nite ??

wat developer wan 2 do? why so last minit? close car park somemore! can use pool or not???
abt pool hor, i tink rules quite clear on board beside pool... proper attire, no food & drink, ... . only think no enforce. guard sit in pondok borak-borak. jalil tak damai. Crying or Very sad

Memo is already in each blocks notice board couple of days, just that we didnt notice it.

how coincidental of the timing to the much earlier suggestion from the pioneers of this site to have a residents' gathering on the 29th.

hey..I just got the invitation letter from mgmt last nite... why so last minute ? They intend to held it before our 29th's meeting, izzit ? Why they didn't inform earlier ? Most likely cannot attend, what about u guyz ?

i tink notice at pool say open 8am-10pm. but no enforce. other nite see ppl play at pool abt 11pm. smoke & noisy.

I mean that's the crux of the problem. What good is there in a policy/notice if it is not followed, and the mgmt is not enforcing it ?

I don't mean to be pedantic but if simple rules like this cannot even be followed or rather enforced properly, it doesn't bode well with the reputation of the management.

The only thing I noticed is that: the mgmt will only reluctantly start to act when s#*t hits the ceiling! What an unassertive and passive approach Mad

It just shows how inefficient and pathetic the Management is and the way it operates. This seems to me like living within a cowboy environment. Embarassed

sorry, can't be of any assistance. by the time i got back, nothing was happening unless you consider those clowns worth mentioning (i meant the ones tying the balloons Laughing

). got my free cap & dinner. that was it. personally, me thinks it's just a marketing gimmick. won't be surprised if someday you see in the newspaper "happy buyers of properties by bukit jalil development". just my due sen worth...
