Dear all,
Did anyone notice that our CF is already MATI (expiry)!!!!!!!
i dun know whether the ho hup did renew our CF after this ? Did anyone knows abt this? |

Yes, our temp CF is confirm expired. Heard the renewal CF is hold b'coz of BLOCK F.
If there is anything happened to us at this period of time (for ex: house on fire etc..), the developer DO NOT NEED to compensate a single cent.... So, a VALID CF is really important.. |

Is the expired TCF still displayed on Notice Board? Can't believe building
management is so out dated! Where is the renewed TCF? Or there is none? |
