Hi,
The Developer needs to provide copies of audited yearly accounts of
maintenance expenditure to every apartment owner & paste the accounts
on the apartment's notice board. This is a REQUIREMENT of the Housing
& Local Government Ministry.... |

I'm afraid this is too early to audit mgmt a/c.
As I said most of us not pay the maintenance fees + water bill yet. (discussed under "Facilities Folder").
As I noticed that mgmt is improving (ie. after Richman Consultant took over, fyi, previously is JD Mgmt)
Example;
1)lift matter;
-:darricong checked problem occurs by DEVELOPER and NOT the management.
2)security guards;
-:we complaints the previous "gangster guards" (not sure where they belong too, ST or JD) and now they've hired "gold guards" (i think is a good one..) cos I observed their behaviour, very much better than previous...
After all they are the "sandwich" (middle man between purchaser and developer). They are having HARD time from US and DEVELOPER!
So, All they need is a little more time...to please ALL OF US!
Furthermore, they are trying their best to cooperate with us and build a better living !!!

ya but if no push no go. oso apartmen is suppose manage by developer. they pulak apoint richman. but agree. now better. maybe they read this.  |
